This site sets two kinds of cookies.

Needed to run the site. These remember small things, like whether you picked light or dark mode. Nothing is sent anywhere. They are always on.

Visit stats. Google Analytics counts visits and shows me which posts people read. It is off until you turn it on. If you say no, the Google script is never loaded at all.

What I do with the data

I look at visit numbers to see which posts are worth writing more of. That is all. I do not sell anything, I do not run ads, and I do not build profiles.

If you turn on visit stats, Google gets your IP address and some details about your browser. You can read what Google does with it in their privacy policy.
